Three days from the Red City to the ancient cultural capital — crossing the High Atlas Mountains, visiting Ait Ben Haddou, overnight in the Dades Valley, passing through the Todra Gorge to reach the Erg Chebbi dunes, and continuing north through cedar forests and the Ziz Valley to Fes. The itinerary follows the standard 3-day Marrakech desert circuit, with the difference that Day 3 heads north to Fes instead of returning west to Marrakech.

Pick-up in Marrakech at 8:00 AM. Crossing the Tizi n’Tichka pass with stops in Berber villages. Visit to Ait Ben Haddou (UNESCO World Heritage Site, featured in Gladiator and Game of Thrones). Lunch in Ait Ben Haddou or Ouarzazate. Continue east through the Rose Valley of Kalaat M’Gouna to reach the Dades Valley.
Dinner and overnight in a hotel in the Dades Valley.
Viewpoint over the Tinerhir oasis — palm groves and kasbahs. Walk through the Todra Gorge between 300-meter-high canyon walls. Continue to Merzouga. Camel ride at sunset across the Erg Chebbi dunes. Dinner at the luxury camp and Berber drum music.
Overnight in a luxury desert camp in Merzouga.
Sunrise and breakfast in the desert. Return to Merzouga by camel or 4×4. Journey north through the Ziz Valley viewpoint, cedar forest with Barbary macaques, and the alpine-style town of Ifrane. Arrival in Fes in the afternoon.
