Morning pick-up from Marrakech. Cross the Tizi n’Tichka pass with panoramic stops. Visit Ait Ben Haddou with a walking tour — a UNESCO World Heritage ksar featured in Gladiator, The Mummy, Prince of Persia, and Game of Thrones. Lunch en route. Continue through Ouarzazate and the Rose Valley to reach the Dades Valley.
Dinner and overnight in a hotel in the Dades Valley.
Breakfast. Drive along the Todra River through palm groves and Berber villages to reach the Todra Gorge. Walk inside the canyon between towering cliffs. Continue to Merzouga. Camel ride at sunset across the Erg Chebbi dunes. Arrival at the luxury desert camp for dinner, Berber drum music, and an unforgettable night under the stars.

Sunrise at the camp. After breakfast, a 4×4 desert excursion: visit a nomadic Berber family beyond the dunes for tea and cultural exchange. Continue to Khamlia village for Gnawa music and dance with roots in Mali and Sudan. Visit the hidden village of Mefis. Stop at the seasonal flamingo lake if conditions allow. Lunch at a local restaurant, then check-in at a riad in Merzouga. Free afternoon — walk to the dunes or relax.

Breakfast. Journey north passing Rissani market, fossil workshops in Erfoud, and panoramic views of the Ziz Valley. Lunch in Midelt. See Barbary macaques in the cedar forest near Azrou. Stop in Ifrane — the “Little Switzerland” of Morocco. Arrival in Fes by late afternoon and drop-off at your riad.
